Horizon Europe: Highlights from the Cluster 4 Space Brokerage Event
COSMOS4HE hosted an online Space Brokerage Event on 18th October 2023 back-to-back with the Cluster 4 Info Days and the Brokerage Events for Digital and Industry. The Horizon Europe – Brokerage Event for Cluster 4 – Space calls 2023/2024 provided a unique platform for participants to engage in matchmaking through pre-arranged meetings. This initiative aimed to identify potential collaborations, develop business cases, and facilitate the formation of project consortia for Horizon Europe’s Space calls.
The platform remained accessible for booking both scheduled and ad hoc meetings until the Space calls deadline at the end of February 2024. This extended availability ensured ample opportunities for stakeholders to connect and collaborate effectively.
Overall, more than 300 participants from 24 different countries registered on the platform to actively seek collaborations for Space proposals. These participants, primarily from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as universities, research and development institutions, start-ups, and governmental organizations, held a total of 130 meetings.
