National Contact Points

Connect with your National Contact Point

The National Contact Points (NCPs) are experts in Horizon Europe and provide orientation, practical information and support for all those interested in participating. NCPs are established in all EU member states and associated countries, and in many non-EU and non-associated countries (“third countries”). We as NCPs are here to support you! Do not hesitate to contact your national expert.

The list of all NCPs is available here. ↗

All services provided by NCPs for Space are given on this website. Check our News and Events sections for the latest info. We are also keeping info about National Space Landscape in a form of a map on our homepage.

Cluster 4 Digital, Industry and Space has three different NCP networks, one for each area. Here we present other two Cluster 4 networks in brief, with direct links to their websites.

Cluster 4 digital network

Idealist2027

The ICT NCP Network – active since 1996.

For a new enterprise, such as an SME, or individual researchers from widening-participation countries, applying for EU research funding in the digital field is not easy. National Contact Points (NCPs) are available to assist, but they, too, need common tools and insights. With this in mind, the EU-funded Idealist2027 project will empower NCPs with training and data-driven services. Through understanding digital trends, improving guidance in proposals through tools such as Horizon Intelligence, and fostering synergies between digital, industry, and space domains, Idealist2027 creates a more supportive environment for applicants. It continues to refine reliable services, such as idea and proposal checks, targeting a much more inclusive and impactful digital research community across Europe.

Cluster 4 industry network

NCP4Industry Plus

The NCP4Industry network of National Contact Points is the main structure to provide guidance, practical information and assistance on all aspects of participation in Horizon Europe Cluster 4 – Industry.

The network includes 18  NCP’ hosting organisations established in European Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries, with the aim to set the basis of equal and consistent NCPs’ services to the industry sector, by fostering the circulation of knowledge, good practices and available opportunities in Horizon Europe among industrial research and innovation communities (e.g. small and medium enterprises (SMEs), large enterprises, academia, research organisations, non-profit organisations, public administrations, and consultancies).
